Tallarook Hotel is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information collected in relation to you is stored securely. We do not sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone and use this information to identify your orders, gift card purchases and provide you with our email newsletter (if applicable).
When you use our website, the computer the web pages are stored on (the web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so it can send the requested web pages to your internet browser. This is called an IP address and is sent automatically each time you access a website. From a computer’s IP address it is possible to determine the geographic location of that computer.
We do not keep a record of IP addresses of users who access our site, except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself — in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to checkout to finalise an order.
After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored alongside a transaction number that allows us to verify your order.
